The Peer Support Specialist Supervisor will help lead LIFECORE Health Group Addiction Services to excellence by ensuring that the essential program functions of LIFECORE Health Group residential services are implemented effectively and efficiently to provide the most supportive environment for optimum patient outcome.
· Supervise and provide training to the support staff. · Maintain documentation necessary with regulatory agencies standards. · Oversee physical facility conditions. · Scheduling of peer / recovery support staff. · Provide direct RSS/PSS services as needed. · Other duties as assigned.
· Current Certification recognized by DMH. · Experience in using computer software systems and EMR proficiency. · Demonstrated leadership ability. · Interpersonal skills that allow the incumbent to build strong relationships both within the agency and with vital outside interests. · Staff who self-identify as in recovery must have a minimum of one (1) year of sustained recovery.
