Our integrated delivery model is designed specifically to meet the unique health care needs of children and adolescents who suffer from a severe emotional disturbance and adults who suffer from a chronic behavioral health disorder or chemical dependency. All programs offered by LIFECORE Health Group focus on the individual’s comprehensive healthcare needs both behavioral health and physical health.
