The Fruition Therapist is responsible for providing conscientious services and aid to LIFECORE Health Group’s consumers with behavioral, mental, emotional, or physical emotional problems
Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and day treatment in the school, office, or home setting.
Consult with parents, teachers, and other agencies to determine the causes of problems and effect solutions
Arrange for medical, psychiatric and other assessments and evaluative measures that may disclose causes of difficulties and indicate remedial outcomes
Administer various assessments/inventories towards positive outcomes in treatment
Participate in all training required by the Department of Mental Health, LIFECORE Health Group and Board and Licensure renewal venues so as to maintain current licensures and credentials
Adhere to quality assurance guidelines
Provide all required documentation pertinent to provision of services
Participate as member of a multidisciplinary team in all treatment plan review of youth.
Attend local MAP teams
Other duties as assigned
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
Certification or Licensure by the Department of Mental Health or State Licensure Board
Valid Class D Driver’s License
