Description

The coordination and record keeping of Lifecore Health Group’s Training, Certification and HIPAA activities to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
  1. Preparing for New Hires/Separations from Service - Outboarding/Onboarding
  2. Relias Learning Portal – maintenance and training
  3. Training Folders – maintenance and auditing
  4. Training Plans – development, maintenance, and auditing
  5. Training Calendar – development and maintenance
  6. Training Meetings - Quarterly
  7. Training Requirements/Set-Up/Portal Maintenance/Certifications/trainer requirements/equipment/facilities, etc.
  • Mandt, ASIST, MHFA, CPR, myEvolv
  1. Master Training List – Maintenance and Reporting
  2. Credentialing/Provisional and Exam Registration/ Upgrading Application
  3. CEU application
  4. CEU Documentation/CEU Board
  5. MyEvolv and Training Link
  6. Certified trainer in the areas needed
  7. HIPAA Compliance
  8. All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Master’s Level, clinical experience preferred, working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel Spreadsheets, excellent office organization and communication skills, good time-management, flexibility, and the ability to be a team player treating other employees with dignity and respect.
