The PC technician will support all networked systems to include servers, back-ups, PC installation, upgrades, and maintenance as well as generating creative content.
· Install, upgrade, and maintain PC’s, servers, and other electronic devices.
· Help maintain inventory of all I.T. related equipment.
· Provide end user helpdesk support to include EHR support
· Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software.
· Install physical equipment to include, computers, network equipment, cabling, printers and other electronic equipment.
· Maintain Lifecore websites, utilizing SharePoint and WordPress
· Generate graphics and other content for Lifecore such as advertising.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Minimum: Associate degree in Information Technology with three years of experience.
· Recommended: Bachelor degree in Information Technology with five years of experience.
· Ability to maintain databases and track all facets of IT software and equipment
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, vendors, and contractors.
· Type 35 words per minute.
