Admissions Coordinator

The Admissions Coordinator will help lead LIFECORE Health Group Addiction Services to excellence by ensuring:  that admissions to residential and outpatient programs at LIFECORE Health Group are implemented effectively and efficiently. 


·      Manage admissions for appropriateness and eligibility for treatment and coordinating admission to the appropriate level of care

·      Provide individual and group therapy along with other program activities as needed

·      Maintain documentation necessary with regulatory agencies standards

·      Outreach activities/networking to facilitate referrals

  • Other duties as assigned



·         Master’s Degree in behavioral health field

·        Current Certification recognized by DMH

·        Experience in using computer software systems and EMR proficient

·        Demonstrated leadership ability

·         Excellent interpersonal skills that allow the incumbent to build strong relationships both within the agency and with vital outside interests

·         Excellent consumer relations skills

  •    A minimum of 1 year non-abusive use of substances
